Also being a company in need for housing for new employees, it’s not always an easy task to arrange it. Housing & Co. can be of assistance and take the load off your shoulders. Answers to our FAQ!

No, you only pay the equivalent to one month’s rent (+21% VAT) once we have found a place for you and the offer you made is accepted. So “no cure, no pay”. We do however like to hear if you are no longer interested in our services. Unfortunately if you decide to cancel our agreement after we have found you a home, costs will be applicable (50% of the service fee, excluding VAT) for the work that's already done by Housing & Co.
After filling in the form you will be loaded into our system and one of our colleagues will contact you within 24 hours. We will discuss your wishes and other information that makes our search more efficient. Also we will ask you to sign our service contract (OTD), We will then start the search within our network and online channels and keep you notified as soon as we have possible matches. If there is a match we can organise a viewing to see the place. Still a match after the viewing? Then we will collect your documents and make an offer to the lessor.

Our goal is to provide you with a couple of options within one week, but there is no guarantee in this market. Off course we will do our very best to give you the best possible service.
Of course it is a cheaper option to find a place yourself, but if you are in a hurry and/or you want to have a chance to off market deals, then it is a good option to use our services. Remember our services are based on the “no cure, no pay” principle.
